The Miz and Maryse Announce Birth of Daughter Monroe Sky Mizanin on Instagram

WWE Superstars Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and Maryse Mizanin announced the birth of their daughter, Monroe Sky Mizanin, on Wednesday. 

The Miz confirmed the newest member of the family arrived shortly before midnight Tuesday night:

Although The Miz has continued to appear at WWE shows as the intercontinental champion, he told Rover's Morning Glory radio show earlier this week he was ready to head home at a moment's notice, per Pat Fannin of Fightful.

"My wife is pregnant and she's ready to burst at any moment. So my phone is always on and I'm waiting on her to basically call and say 'hey, you've got to go,'" he said. "I go 100 percent...My wife asked me one thing she said 'listen I just want you there. I want you to be there. I want to share this moment with you, the person that I love.'"

The Miz is scheduled to defend the intercontinental title against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor in a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 34 on April 8 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
