AJ Styles on Possibly Wrestling Daniel Bryan: 'Would Be an Unbelievable Match'

Add AJ Styles to the list of WWE stars who want a crack at Daniel Bryan after WWE medically cleared him for a return to the ring.

"If ever the opportunity for him and I to get in the ring together, I think it would be an unbelievable match," Styles said of potentially wrestling Bryan in WWE during an interview with Solo Wrestling (h/t Wrestling Inc's Chris Featherstone). "It'd be fun."

Styles' comments come after Shinsuke Nakamura teased a possible clash between him and Bryan:

It would appear WWE already has plans for Bryan in the immediate future, though, after Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn attacked him Tuesday night on SmackDown Live.

SmackDown Live general manager Bryan had fired the two stars after they physically assaulted commissioner Shane McMahon the week before.

The table is seemingly set for Bryan and McMahon to join forces and get their revenge on Owens and Zayn at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans on April 8.
