Asuka vs. Nia Jax: Latest Rumors and Preview for WWE Raw March 5
A championship match and WrestleMania glory await Asuka in April, but on Monday's WWE Raw, she will have to deal with a wrecking ball of a woman.
The Empress of Tomorrow will again face Nia Jax with her undefeated streak on the line. Asuka has fended off the powerhouse before, but Jax refuses to go away. Their most recent matchup is to go down in Milwaukee as the red brand continues its focus on WrestleMania 34.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Elsewhere on the show, Roman Reigns is poised to take more shots at universal champion Brock Lesnar, The Miz is set to have a better idea about who will challenge him for his Intercontinental Championship and Ronda Rousey's tension with her bosses is sure to grow.
News updates, the Raw preview on WWE.com and storyline projections provide an insight into Monday's show before it airs on USA Network at 8 p.m. ET.
News, Rumors
Rey Mysterio's rumored return may be delayed because of injury. The former world champion came out of a recent match hurting.
On Saturday, Dave Meltzer reported on Figure Four Online: "Mysterio Jr. believed last night that he had torn his left biceps in a tag team match."
There's been no confirmation about the severity of the injury.
Rousey will apparently be in the building Monday, however. PWInsider.com's Mike Johnson revealed "Rousey is in Milwaukee" and will appear on the next edition of Raw.
Kane could possibly join her on the red brand's stage. The big man returned to action Saturday, facing Brock Lesnar at a live event, as seen on the Internet Wrestling Database.
The Beast Incarnate steamrolled Kane in that bout as a part of an ongoing effort to villainize Lesnar. Meltzer noted in the Figure Four Online daily update: "This is a storyline attempting to turn Lesnar heel by WrestleMania and ergo make Roman Reigns the babyface for that match."
Raw Streaks
Cesaro and Sheamus' shaky stretch is over and the two bruisers are back to their winning ways.
Per CageMatch.net, The Bar has won twice in a row and is 5-1 in its past six matches. The Raw tag team champions had some hiccups during their recent rivalry with Titus Worldwide, but those appear to be over after outlasting their challengers in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match on the previous Raw.
It's time for The Bar to find a fitting WrestleMania rival.
As for the intercontinental champion, the midcard title curse is hitting The Miz hard all of a sudden. The A-Lister hasn't fared well at all in non-title action of late. He's fresh off two defeats, falling to both Seth Rollins and Finn Balor on the most recent edition of Raw.
The Miz has lost five straight singles bouts, per CageMatch.net.
WWE can't forget to show off how dangerous The Miz can be ahead of whatever IC title match it has planned for WrestleMania. It has to be sure to not strip too much momentum from the champ in order to elevate those chasing his crown.
Preview
WWE didn't waste time in foreshadowing its plans for Rousey at WrestleMania.
At her contract signing at Elimination Chamber, she clashed with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. The next night, she pushed back against the authority figures once more. The scene ended with Kurt Angle taking a punch from The Game.
We are sure to see the follow-up of that moment and perhaps Rousey and Angle's partnership strengthen. The Olympian looks to be Rousey's tag team partner-in-waiting for The Show of Shows.
Roman Reigns trashed Lesnar on the previous Raw, using the champ's absence from the show as fuel for the best promo of his career.
Will The Big Dog pile on some more in Milwaukee? Will Lesnar appear, live or in video form? Their marquee Universal Championship tilt is sure to get some major airtime in some fashion.
Reigns' Shield teammate Rollins, meanwhile, is on a title hunt of his own. The Architect recently knocked off The Miz and made it clear afterward he wants the Intercontinental Championship.
The trouble is, Balor accomplished the same feat on the same night. He may be in line to face The A-Lister for the gold himself.
The WWE.com Raw preview suggested we are set to get some clarity on the situation, posing the following question: "How will Raw General Manager Kurt Angle address the WrestleMania future of these three Superstars on Raw?
Perhaps Elias and Braun Strowman get involved too. Those two have been busy battling each other of late, but a singles match against Elias isn't the big WrestleMania bout Strowman's fans want their hero to have.
Making The Monster Among Men and Elias' feud bleed into the IC title picture would be one way to better things.
And Jax will look to derail Asuka ahead of WrestleMania when they collide once more on Monday's Raw. Asuka has twice defeated the powerhouse, but neither victory was decisive.
A bad leg slowed Jax the first time around. Asuka rolled up Jax for a surprise pin in the rematch. The third entry in their trilogy is on its way.
Asuka has had a tremendous year, putting on some of Raw's top matches and bringing out the best in her foes. Chances are we see something similar unfold in Milwaukee as The Empress of Tomorrow looks to chop down a titan again.
