Things Are Some What Rosey At The Chicago Bulls Facility.
The Chicago Bulls didn't do any work on the court Tuesday, instead using their allotted practice time lifting weights and film review.
But if they had taken the court, it would have been without their second year all star guard Derrick Rose.
Rose ran around Monday testing his lingering right ankle. He reported by saying that he is doing way better then he did a few weeks ago.
Tuesday's soreness is the latest chapter for Derrick's frustrating healing process. He was encouraged Monday after 20 minutes running on it, but woke up the next day feeling sore.
"Yeah, its definitely from the running, but i can play through it," he said. I'll try to practice [today] early, and hopefully , I'll be playing on Friday."
Even though the regular season opener against the San Antonio Spurs is eight days away, it doesn't make sense to rush Rose back and take a chance worsening the injury.
The Bulls fans wants to make sure thier hometown wunderkind is 100% ready when they do face the Spurs at home.
