Mets Fan Gets 500,000 Retweets, Earns Prom Pictures at Citi Field

Earlier this month, the New York Mets promised to invite a young fan named Callie to Citi Field for a prom photoshoot if she could earn 500,000 retweets. 

Naturally, Callie's plea for retweets immediately went viral, and she quickly closed in on her goal. She received help from all corners of the Twittersphere, including from actor William Shatner, who chipped in to help spread the word. 

On Saturday afternoon, barely one week after the initial request, the Mets confirmed Callie had reached her goal.

Congrats to Callie on earning what will surely be a memorable experience in Citi Field.
