Eagles Fly to Super Bowl After Destroying Vikings in NFC Championship Game
The Philadelphia Eagles are going to Super Bowl LII after demolishing the Minnesota Vikings 38-7 in the NFC Championship Game.
Facing a stout defense that allowed the NFL's fewest yards and points during the season, Nick Foles went 26-of-33 for 352 passing yards and three touchdowns. The Eagles averaged 7.1 yards per play and converted 10 of their 14 third-down attempts.
Minnesota didn't find the end zone after it jumped out to a 7-0 lead on the opening drive. Case Keenum, who had thrown three interceptions in the last eight games, tossed a pair of picks and posted his worst quarterback rating (63.8) all season.
