Tottenham Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Fernando Llorente and Lucas Moura
Chelsea are reportedly set to reignite their interest in Tottenham Hotspur striker Fernando Llorente, while Spurs are said to be keen on signing Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain.
Blues boss Antonio Conte failed with an attempt to sign Llorente in the summer, with the striker moving to Spurs instead from Swansea City.
However, Conte wants to strengthen his attack and will make a fresh bid for Llorente, with Michy Batshuayi to be sent on loan if another striker arrives, according to Miguel Delaney at The Independent.

Chelsea are also interested in West Ham United's Andy Carroll but see Llorente as a cheaper option. Conte also knows the striker well, having managed him previously during their time together at Juventus.
Per Sky Sports, Carroll is out for a month with an ankle injury, which could also scupper a move to Stamford Bridge:
Llorente has failed to make much of an impression for Mauricio Pochettino's side and has just one goal in 13 Premier League appearances, although just one of those outings has been as a starter.
The form of Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min also means he is likely to spend more time on the sidelines. Kane is the Premier League's top goalscorer with 20 goals, while Son has eight goals and four assists.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are struggling for goals, and Batshuyai's strike in their FA Cup third-round replay with Norwich City ended a long drought, as shown by Goal's Nizaar Kinsella:
First-choice striker Alvaro Morata is struggling for form and has not scored since the Boxing Day win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Chelsea writer Jamie Wilkinson has said he lacks ruthlessness:
This is Morata's first season in English football, and although he has scored 10 Premier League goals, he is going through a poor spell of form. He seems to be lacking in confidence and struggling to adapt to the physical demands of the Premier League.
Batshuayi does not appear to have earned Conte's trust, and a replacement will be needed, although Chelsea and Spurs are fierce rivals and rarely do business, meaning a deal could be tough.
Spurs have also joined Manchester United and Napoli in the race to sign Moura and want to bring in the Brazilian on loan, according to L'Equipe (h/t James Cambridge at the Daily Express).
However, PSG want to sell the Brazilian in order to raise funds, following big-money summer moves for Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. Spurs only want a loan move, but a deal could potentially be done if they agree a temporary move with a purchase option included.
Marca's Chris Winterburn has explained why clubs are more interested in a loan move for Moura:
Th 25-year-old is a pacy, skilful winger and could certainly add to the Spurs attack, but there are doubts over his consistency.
PSG seem keen to offload the Brazilian this winter, but he is yet to start a single game for the Ligue 1 team this season, and the club may therefore find it difficult to secure him a permanent move.
