Pelicans' Anthony Davis Tallies 45 Points, 16 Rebounds in OT Win vs. Celtics

On Sunday, New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis accumulated 48 points and 17 rebounds in a 123-118 overtime win against the New York Knicks.

He notched another monster double-double Tuesday against the Boston Celtics.

Davis tallied 45 points and 16 rebounds, and the Pelicans outlasted the Celtics for a 116-113 overtime victory at TD Garden.

The 24-year-old shot 16-of-34 from the field, and he made 13 of his 15 attempts from the charity stripe. He also added two assists and a pair of blocks.

New Orleans will visit the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night.
