Texas Honors Guard Andrew Jones After Win vs. No. 16 TCU
Hours before Wednesday's game between the Texas Longhorns and No. 16 TCU Horned Frogs at the Frank Erwin Center, the family of Texas guard Andrew Jones announced he had been diagnosed with leukemia.
Texas players honored their teammate after notching an emotional and thrilling 99-98 double-overtime win.
Guard Eric Davis Jr. and forward Dylan Osetkowski held Jones' jersey, while others made the Texas "Hook 'Em Horns" gesture as the school song played.
