NFL Playoff Bracket 2018: Updated AFC, NFC Odds and Postseason Picture
With slightly more than one week to go in the NFL regular season, the NFC playoffs are nearly a closed affair.
Five of the six teams have clinched their positions in the playoff structure, and the final spot will go to the Atlanta Falcons or the Seattle Seahawks.
The New Orleans Saints and the Carolina Panthers clinched their playoff positions Sunday with victories over NFC South rivals.

The Saints handled the Falcons by a 23-13 margin, while the Panthers struggled before beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 22-19.
If the Saints beat the Bucs next week, they will take the NFC South crown, but if the Saints lose and the Panthers beat the Falcons, Carolina will take the division title.
The Philadelphia Eagles host the Oakland Raiders Monday night, and if they can win that game or the season finale against the Dallas Cowboys, the NFC East champion Eagles will have homefield advantage in the NFC playoffs.
The Minnesota Vikings are the NFC North champions, and they are the likely No. 2 seed. The Los Angeles Rams are the NFC West winners and are in line for the No. 3 seed, while the Saints fit as the fourth-seed if they clinch the NFC South title.
The Panthers will be the fifth seed if they don't win the NFC South, while the Falcons have the inside track on the final NFC spot in the playoffs.
If Atlanta loses to Carolina and the Seattle Seahawks beat Arizona, Seattle takes the final playoff position. The Seahawks defeated the Dallas Cowboys 21-12 Sunday and eliminated them from playoff consideration

The AFC is also fairly clear, but there are four teams fighting for the final two spots.
The New England Patriots are the AFC East winners and the likely top seed on the AFC side, while the Pittsburgh Steelers are the AFC North winners and will be no worse than the No. 2 seed if they win one of their final two games against the Houston Texans or Cleveland Browns.
The Jacksonville Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs are the AFC South and AFC West winners, respectively.
The Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans are in the two wild-card spots heading into the final week of competition, but either could be overtaken by the Los Angeles Chargers or Buffalo Bills.
The Ravens host the Cincinnati Bengals and appear to be in good shape, but the Titans must play the Jaguars, and that's a more difficult assignment.
The Chargers host the Oakland Raiders, while the Bills go on the road to play the Miami Dolphins.
