Browns' Joe Schobert Doesn't Believe Team Is Learning 'Culture of Losing'
The 0-14 Cleveland Browns are a pair of losses away from becoming the second team in NFL history to go 0-16.
However, second-year Cleveland linebacker Joe Schobert is trying to remain positive despite the club's 1-29 record since the start of the 2016 campaign.
"I don't think people are learning a culture of losing," Schobert told reporters during a conference call on Monday, per the Browns' official website.

"I think everybody is striving to do their best week in and week out. Obviously, it is taking a toll, but everybody who is on the team has come from a winning program, whether it is high school, college or another NFL team before this. Everybody knows how to win. It is just a matter of being able to do it here in Cleveland."
The Browns face the 4-10 Chicago Bears at Soldier Field on Christmas Eve, and they end the season at the 11-3 Pittsburgh Steelers.
