The Best Team In Football

I absolutely hate writing this article.  I am a absolute die hard Falcon fan.  I am also a season ticket holder and very pumped about my win today against a very tough Bears team.

But, after watching the performance today of the New Orleans Saints, I am convince that the are the best team in football.

They slashed a top defense.  The Giants are the class of the NFL, and they got beat down.  The game was never even close.  It could've of been a loud dome field advantage, but I believe that  home field will not result in a 3 touchdown differential(48-27)

The Colts and the Vikings could be the only argument against the Saints being the top team.  Not yet Denver fans, your start is remarkable but not elite proving.  The Vikings were given the gift of a Kicker, in a dome, inexcusable, make the kick you damn kicker.  The Colts were on a bye, but they have not faced a top caliber team yet.  Do they have the best Quarterback in Football?  Maybe? But I know I believe that Brees has more weapons( like 10  ,Thomas, Bush, Moore, Colston, Meachum, Shockey, Henderson and friends).

The Saints did win  and they dominated.  The past game the Saints played prior to their victory of the Giants, the defense was the reason for the victory. The defense had been their liability the past 2 years.  The first 3 was all offense.  The other games the offense has average 45 points.  Only two teams have ever scored that many points to start the season in there first 5 games.

I hope this a fluke but I foresee my boys(the Falcons) having play for a wild card.  We Play the Saints in there house Monday, November the 2nd and in our house December 13.

We(the Falcons) will split for there only lose of the season. Unless the Patriots go to  NO and take a victory.  Miami and the Cowboys only other tough games on the schedule. The Saints will end up with a least 13 victories and a first round bye. And home field advantage throughout the playoffs (damn)

PS the 2007 Patriots looked to be the greatest team ever.  This is the reason we play.
