Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt suffered a tibial plateau fracture in his left leg, but that didn't stop him from throwing out the ceremonial first pitch before Game 3 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and Los Angeles Dodgers.

On crutches, Watt stood at the mound and delivered a pitch on the right corner of the plate to Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel.

It's nice to see Watt in good spirits and at Minute Maid Park to uplift the crowd, though his pitch won't bring any playful comments about his prospects as an NFL quarterback when he returns to action.
