Legendary Los Angeles Dodgers announcer Vin Scully received some help throwing the ceremonial first pitch ahead of Game 2 of the World Series versus the Houston Astros at Dodger Stadium.

Scully took the mound to deliver his offering, but he then feigned an injury before requesting the assistance of a southpaw.

Former Dodgers starter Fernando Valenzuela emerged from the dugout, and the one-time World Series champion tossed the pitch before Scully concluded the ceremony with his famous phrase:
