WWE TLC 2017 Matches: Projecting Results That Will Enrage Smark Fans
As is the case with any WWE pay-per-view, this weekend's Tables, Ladders and Chairs show is going to have some results that will leave fans debating long into the night.
Some results are straightforward, but there are some, particularly the bouts closer to the top of the card, that are harder to predict.
Take The Shield's reunion match, for example.
Throw in a couple of more tricky bouts, and it's not hard to see that some results this weekend will enrage smark fans.
Here's a look at the pick of them.
Enzo Amore Defeating Kalisto
1 of 3Kalisto may have only held the WWE Cruiserweight Championship for a couple of weeks, but there looks to be a real chance he drops it this Sunday at TLC.
Enzo Amore's introduction into the cruiserweight division has been mixed, to say the least. To some, Kalisto's victory is an important step forward for both the Mexican and the division as a whole.
And for that reason, should Enzo Amore win back the championship this weekend, it is bound to cause some sort of controversy among a section of WWE fans.
Reclaiming the title would at least ensure the cruiserweight division's biggest star, Amore, remains at the top of the tree. But at what price?
Sister Abigail Defeating The Demon
2 of 3No matter who loses between Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt on Sunday night, someone is going to be upset.
These are two guys who WWE fans genuinely feel are worthy of better than being stranded in the midcard on Raw. With Brock Lesnar not defending the Universal Championship at TLC, it will only further fuel the fire for fans that guys like Wyatt and Balor should be given runs with the title over a part-time guy.
But if Balor comes up short this weekend, it leave his main event push in serious doubt, and that won't go down well at all.
Balor looks like an ideal fit to be one of the next guys to challenge Lesnar for the Universal Championship. If he loses here, his momentum will have been well and truly stopped.
The Miz, Braun Strowman, Kane, Sheamus and Cesaro Defeating The Shield
3 of 3In many ways, WWE has booked itself into a difficult position with this Sunday's main event at TLC.
Should The Shield win, as many fans want, it will make guys like Braun Strowman and The Miz, who have been on top of their games of late, look incredibly weak.
But with five guys standing in their way, the prospect of a win for The Shield looks far less clear-cut than it was a week or so ago.
Yet WWE cannot allow The Shield to lose their reunion bout here, surely? If so, it would leave fans upset and questioning what the point of their getting back together was.
It's a difficult task booking this Sunday's main event, but more people would be upset if The Shield lost than if they emerge victorious.
