Washington's Chris Thompson: 'The Ultimate Goal Is to Win Out'

The 2-2 Washington Redskins are rested and rejuvenated coming off the bye week and heading into Sunday's home game versus the 0-5 San Francisco 49ers at FedEx Field. 

Running back Chris Thompson realizes the Redskins must take every game one at a time, but he also has high expectations for the remainder of the season. 

"The ultimate goal is to win out," Thompson explained while speaking with reporters, per Stephen Czarda of the team's official website. 

"I wish we could, but that’s our focus, just focus on San Fran this week and just take it week by week."
