WWE Raw: Burning Questions to Address After July 24 Show
The SummerSlam puzzle is still missing major pieces after Monday's WWE Raw.
While the show did clear up who is set to face both Alexa Bliss and Brock Lesnar, uncertainty lingers for a number of the red brand's Superstars. Where does Sasha Banks fit into the Aug. 20 pay-per-view? What's on the way for the Cruiserweight Championship?
And will we see Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson experience a metamorphosis ahead of the event?

Takeaways From SNME 44 ➡️
Character changes, championship position and SummerSlam's lineup inspired the biggest questions to come out of Monday's Raw. Read on as we dive into each of them, from what's happening with The Club to how Team Red will fill out the WWE's second biggest event of the year.
Is a Babyface Turn Coming for The Club?
In a heel-on-heel clash, The Revival defeated Gallows and Anderson on Monday's Raw. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder earned the victory after a distraction from The Hardy Boyz.
Was this meeting just a result of the lack of depth in the tag team division, or is The Club due for a shift in alignment?
This isn't the first time Gallows and Anderson have played this role. They quietly worked like babyfaces against The Revival on Main Event in June.
Is the WWE, as Rolling Stone writer Kenny Herzog pointed out, exploring the audience's reaction to a face version of The Club?:
That makes a ton of sense. The Revival has essentially taken that group's spot as Raw's resident merciless, smashmouth squad. And a face turn would facilitate a reunion with Finn Balor.
Not to mention, the split of The Golden Truth and The Realest Guys in the Room have the division in need of new fan favorites.
Is a Triple Threat Match Brewing in the Cruiserweight Division?
Neville could soon be facing two foes at once.
He found himself in a three-way fight on Monday night when he emerged to mock Akira Tozawa. A shoulder injury led to Tozawa's match with Ariya Daivari being canceled. The Japanese pit bull still wanted to throw blows, though.
Shortly after Neville came out to trash-talk his rival, Daivari ambushed both him and Tozawa. A set of nasty clotheslines laid out both men.
Are Tozawa's rivalries with Neville and Daivari merging into one? Is a Triple Threat match for the Cruiserweight Championship a sure thing for SummerSlam?
That appears to be the case.
There likely won't be room but for one cruiserweight match. The WWE trying to throw an extra member of that division on this stage isn't surprising. And this way, Neville vs. Daivari vs. Tozawa won't be a repeat of any previous PPV matches.
Is Banks Set to Turn Heel?
Bayley battled her way past Banks to earn a date with Alexa Bliss SummerSlam.
Monday's No. 1 Contender's match saw good friends go to war. Bayley outlasted The Boss and is now one win away from reclaiming the Raw Women's Championship.
As for Banks, could she be destined to undergo a major change?
She has to be frustrated with her latest loss. Her friend getting the spotlight and glory instead of her can't be good for her morale. And the WWE has long teased a heel turn for Banks.
Miami Herald columnist Scott Fishman is among those waiting for a shift in character from The Boss:
How Monday's Raw unfolded could easily be the impetus for that turn. And when it finally happens, it's going to be tremendous. The WWE too often rushes through narratives, but it has been expertly patient with this tale.
How Do Raw's Superstars Fit into SummerSlam Picture?
Raw added two bouts to the SummerSlam card on Monday night: the Fatal 4-Way for the Universal Championship and Bliss vs. Bayley for the Raw women's title.
And where it looks certain Seth Rollins and The Miz, as well as Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt, will carry their rivalries into the Aug. PPV, a number of midcarders' paths are less clear.
Who will take on Jason Jordan amid his push following the (storyline) reveal that he's Kurt Angle's long-lost son?
Will the recent focus on Goldust lead to a SummerSlam spot? And what of Banks and Nia Jax? Will the WWE find a place for them at the event outside of the title picture?
Those answers will arrive before long. The WWE only has two more editions of Raw before SummerSlam hits.
