LiAngelo Ball Highlight Reel Released from High Schooler's Senior Year
LiAngelo Ball should soon overcome his case of middle-child syndrome.
The Los Angeles Lakers drafted his older brother, Lonzo, with the No. 2 pick in the NBA draft June 22. His younger sibling and Chino Hills High School teammate, LaMelo, scored 92 points in a game and casually made a half-court shot in another. (Though, he got blocked trying the same thing weeks later.)
When his father shouted nonsense and removed his shirt on WWE's Monday Night Raw, only Lonzo and LaMelo joined him inside the Staples Center's ring. In an interview with GQ's Zach Baron, the loud dad said that he doesn't think LiAngelo will make the NBA. (This coming from a man who averaged 2.2 points per game in college and thinks he can beat Michael Jordan in a game of one-on-one.)

LiAngelo, meanwhile, dropped 72 points in a game the night after recording 56. The UCLA-bound senior averaged 33.8 points this season, often using his size to bully opponents in the paint.
His highlight reel, consisting mostly of layups and three-pointers, isn't too flashy. But it gets the job done.
