Lance Stephenson, Isaiah Thomas Feud over Paul George on Instagram

NBA free agency doesn't officially start until Saturday, but that didn't stop Indiana Pacers forward Lance Stephenson and Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas from sparring on Instagram over an asset Wednesday. 

The saga began when Stephenson tagged current teammate Paul George, who has been the subject of multiple trade rumors since the end of the 2016-17 NBA season, in a post. 

"I'm not letting u leave bro @ygtrece stay home bro," Stephenson wrote. "We did big things let's continue."

Thomas responded: "Well he's gone bro LOL."

That apparently didn't sit too well with Stephenson, who suggested IT4 is "scared" of facing an Indiana team that would include George next season: 

The back-and-forth between the two didn't end there, and Stephenson decided to remind Thomas he only rejoined the Pacers this past March:
