Joey Gallo Hits Inside-the-Park Home Run Against Blue Jays

Texas Rangers third baseman Joey Gallo didn't need to clear the wall to complete a journey around the bases during Wednesday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

During the first at-bat of the bottom of the fifth inning, Gallo smashed a 2-2 pitch from starter Joe Biagini deep to left field. 

Toronto left fielder Steve Pearce seemed to lose track of the ball, which took a hard bounce off the wall and away from any outfielder who could prevent Gallo from crossing home plate for the inside-the-park home run. 

Give Gallo credit for hustling out of the box, which allowed him to score with ease.
