Rollins discussed being named the cover athlete for WWE 2K18 on Monday before being interrupted by Wyatt, but the King Slayer countered by hitting him with a top-rope dive:
Although it has yet to be announced, Rollins and Wyatt appear to be trending toward a clash at July's Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view.
The issues between Rollins and the Eater of Worlds started a few weeks ago on Raw on the heels of both Superstars being involved in the Fatal 5-Way match at Extreme Rules to determine a No. 1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship.
When confronting No. 1 contender Samoa Joe backstage, Rollins referred to Wyatt as a false prophet.
That angered The New Face of Fear and resulted in him distracting Rollins to the point that the Samoan Submission Machine was able to defeat him in a Raw main event.
While Rollins and Wyatt have done battle in the past, particularly when The Shield feuded with the Wyatt Family, this will mark their first extended rivalry as singles competitors.
Since there is so much competition near the top of the card on Raw, this program could be huge for both Superstars since the winner figures to inch one step closer to Universal title contention.
