Corentin Tolisso, Bayern Munich Agree to 5-Year Contract After Arrival from Lyon

Bayern Munich have signedย Corentin Tolisso on a five-year deal after the Bundesliga champions confirmed the Frenchman's arrival from Lyon.

The team announcedย the player's signing via their officialย Twitterย account, with the 22-year-old midfielder now set to play in Bavaria.

The France international exits the Ligue 1 side after 10 years in Lyonโ€”he joined their youth setup in 2007.

The versatile individual can also fill in at full-back, offering Bayern a quality alternative in a couple of positions.

The No. 8 was impressive for his club as they made a strong run in the UEFA Europa League, scoring two and providing one assist in eight games. In all contests, he featured 47 times and netted 14, according toย WhoScored.com.

Tolisso further strengthens manager Carlo Ancelotti's hand, adding youth and potential to Bayern's dynamic squad.
