Theo Hernandez Reported to Police for Sexual Assault, Denies Allegations
Atletico Madrid left-back Theo Hernandez has denied allegations of sexual assault after being reported to the police by a 20-year-old woman.
Per El Espanol (via Marca), sources in the police have confirmed a complaint has been reported, with Hernandez called in to give evidence.
The 19-year-old is currently in Marbella, with the incident said to have taken place in a car outside the club Olivia Valere at 4 a.m.

According to the woman, she and Hernandez are friends and had been drinking together at the club before the left-back said he needed to return keys and proposed they go the car park, where they got into a car together.
The pair then allegedly began to engage in sexual activity, but Hernandez is said to have continued in assaulting her for "several minutes" after being asked to stop, leading to a "struggle" which resulted in the footballer "throwing her" out of the car onto her knees.
Upon returning to the club, the woman said she was "insulted" by Alaves defender Alexis, a friend of Hernandez's after he spent last season on loan there, before being taken home by friends.
The 20-year-old then went to Hospital Costa del Sol and the police station after that, but the police are investigating her evidence further as there are said to be "contradictions" in her account of the incident.
Hernandez is due to move from Atletico to bitter rivals Real Madrid this summer.
