Klay Thompson Offers to Buy His Team Toasters If Warriors Go 16-0 in Playoffs

Sometimes there's something to those sports superstitions.

Klay Thompson was (randomly) asked to sign a Golden State Warriors fan's toaster back in March.

Fast forward to the NBA Finals, and the Dubs have lost only one contest since and are 13-0 in the postseason through Thursday's Game 1.

Now, Klay says he'll happily treat his teammates to a toaster (we're assuming one per player) if they manage to sweep the Cavs this go-round.

He seems a tad skeptical of their ability to pull it off, however, telling reporters: "I don't know if we'll do it. That's gonna be incredibly hard—the Cavs especially, and their home court. But yeah, I'll gladly buy the whole team a toaster if we go 16-0. But it'll be incredibly difficult."
