Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Rice, 30, has not appeared in an NFL game since he was cut by the Baltimore Ravens in September 2014 after video emerged of him punching his then-fiancee, Janay Palmer, in an Atlantic City elevator in February of that year.
ESPN.com's Jane McManus reported in April that Rice had been enlisted to work with the NFL when it put together its social responsibility presentation for various league personnel.
"We shot a video that just highlights everything that I've been talking about decision-making, how things happened in my life, how things unfolded," Rice said, per McManus. "The guys get to hear it from me, how it unraveled."
Rice also returned to the Ravens as a speaker last year when he discussed his story with the team's rookies.
