Seattle Mariners Pay Tribute to Chris Cornell

On Thursday, music fans around the world were shocked to learn musician Chris Cornell, a product of the Seattle area, had died Wednesday night.

The Seattle Mariners honored the 52-year-old before Thursday's home game versus the Chicago White Sox at Safeco Field. 

The Mariners rocked some of Cornell's familiar songs in the hours leading up to the contest. Seattle also held a moment of silence before the start of the game.
