Several Atlanta players, including infielder Jace Peterson, took exception to Bautista's antics, and one spectator decided to have some fun with the matter before the clubs took the field Thursday.
One Braves fan created a Photoshopped image showing Peterson punching Bautista, and Peterson obliged requests to sign the picture before the start of the contest.
The original photo, of course, is the famous image of Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor slugging Bautista during a game last May.
The Braves got a bit of revenge for the bat flip in the first inning of Thursday night's affair when Atlanta starting pitcher Julio Teheran plunked Bautista in the left thigh with a pitch. Both benches were warned as Bautista made his way to first.
