Manny Machado Hits Farthest Yankee Stadium Homer in Statcast History

Baltimore Orioles third baseman Manny Machado hit a ball Friday night as close to out of the park as the new Yankee Stadium has seen. 

In the top of the fifth inning against New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia, Machado slammed a 470-foot home run into the stands to increase his team's lead to 5-0.

The homer goes on record as not only the longest home run so far this year, but it's also the farthest in Yankee Stadium since the Statcast system was put into place in 2015.
