Paige Reportedly Not in WWE's Plans After Neck Injury, Leaked Sex Tapes

According to a new report, WWE has no plans to utilize Paige when she is cleared to return from a neck injury that has kept her out of action for the past nine months.

Per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com), the combination of two wellness policy violations, several leaked sex tapes and nude photos and fiance Alberto Del Rio recently bashing WWE are contributing to WWE's reported unwillingness to use the British Superstar.

Despite that, Meltzer added Paige could have some hope due to the film Fighting with My Family, which is based on her famous wrestling family and produced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Paige announced in October that she underwent surgery on her neck. That came on the heels of a pair of wellness policy violations, the second of which resulted in a 60-day suspension.

The 24-year-old won the Divas Championship on two occasions and was crowned the first-ever NXT Women's champion in 2013.

Paige was selected to the Raw brand as part of WWE's draft, but she has yet to appear on WWE programming since the brand split due to her injury.
