Kyle Schwarber Gets His First Bunt Against the Brewers

Chicago Cubs left fielder Kyle Schwarber had a stroke of luck during the first inning against the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. 

Schwarber sent a bunt to third base, but when the Brewers infielders saw the ball trickling down the line, they opted to wait it out rather than make a play on it. 

Unfortunately for Milwaukee, the ball stayed fair. 

According to Carrie Muskat of MLB.com, this was the first bunt hit of Schwarber's career.
