Roman Reigns Suffers Shoulder Injury After Braun Strowman Attack on WWE Raw

WWE announced Thursday that Roman Reigns suffered a separated shoulder as part of an attack at the hands of Braun Strowman on Monday's Raw.

According to WWE.com, Reigns also suffered cracked ribs and internal injuries.

During an interview with Michael Cole on Raw, the Big Dog was jumped by Strowman and pushed off a loading dock while strapped to a stretcher.

Strowman then tipped over an ambulance while Reigns was inside.

The injuries WWE reported are almost certainly storyline-related as a means of building intrigue leading up to a likely match between Reigns and the Monster Among Men.

The next Raw-exclusive pay-per-view is Payback on April 30, and Reigns vs. Strowman figures to be among the headline matches.
