Syndergaard isn't making many friends in Philadelphia during this series considering he also stole the Phillie Phanatic's ride on Monday:
As for Tuesday's game, the Mets drilled seven home runs, three of which came from Yoenis Cespedes.
Syndergaard implied the wave is to blame for the result, but Phillies fans would probably point to starting pitcher Clay Buchholz allowing six earned runs in 2.1 innings.
