WWE won't punish Xavier Woods and Paige for the time being after explicit videos and photos of the two leaked online over the weekend, Wrestling Observer Radio's Dave Meltzer reported Tuesday (h/t Wrestling Inc's Marc Middleton).

Meltzer said the two stars could face repercussions in the event a sponsor or a prominent figure voiced concerns about the incident to WWE.

WWE seemingly made light of the incident on Raw Monday night. During a backstage segment, Kofi Kingston and Big E looked at Woods and asked him if he had anything to say. Woods then began a promo about WrestleMania 33:

Should WWE continue publicly ignoring the controversy, it's unlikely to be an issue for too much longer.

Graphic photos of former world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins surfaced online in February 2015. Last month, explicit messages alleged to be from announcer Tom Phillips were shared on the Internet. In both circumstances, the stories faded from fans' memories after creating a brief buzz.

While Woods appeared on Raw, Paige remains out of action for reasons unrelated to the leak. She tweeted last October she underwent neck surgery and began physical therapy in January.
