Cesaro vs. Jinder Mahal: Winner and Reaction for WWE Fastlane 2017

Cesaro beat Jinder Mahal in a singles match at Fastlane Sunday night.

The Swiss Superman hit the Very European Uppercut to pick up the win. The WWE Network shared a photo of Cesaro standing in victory:

Figure Four Online's Bryan Alvarez was less than enthused Cesaro couldn't earn a clean result:

The match was an impromptu addition to the Fastlane card. During the preshow, Raw general manager Mick Foley said he was putting Rusev and Mahal each into their own singles matches, courtesy of WWE:

The two weren't content to stay out of each other's way, however, and clashed in the ring prior to Mahal's battle with Cesaro.

The bad blood continued after the match, with The Bulgarian Brute attacking his former tag team partner in a vicious beatdown.

The short-lived partnership between the two wrestlers is clearly over after Fastlane.
