Leandro Barbosa Prematurely Celebrates Missed Jared Dudley 3-Pointer

Believing in your teammates is admirable, but you should always wait to have a reason to celebrate before doing so during a game.

With a little over 4:30 left in the fourth quarter of Thursday's contest involving the Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Hornets at Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix guard Leandro Barbosa passed to an open Jared Dudley, who shot from beyond the arc.

A confident Barbosa turned his back to the rim and raised both arms over his head in celebration, but Dudley bricked his attempt before Charlotte claimed possession.

Barbosa cost himself a rebound and earned ridicule for this forgettable moment, but the Suns nevertheless defeated the Hornets 120-103.
