Russell Westbrook Drills Ref with Ball During Timeout

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook has either very good or very poor aim, depending on your viewpoint.

At the start of a timeout in the first quarter of Wednesday's game between the Thunder and Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center, Westbrook tossed the basketball toward a referee.

But the ref apparently wasn't ready for the pass. Thus, the ball bounced right off his head.

Westbrook received a technical foul even though it appeared the incident was accidental.

That's not a way to get your next triple-double, Russ.
