Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has revealed the extraordinary lengths he went through to dress up as Batman villain Bane for the club's Christmas party, which was held after their 2-1 win over Burnley on Sunday.
Kane tweeted a series of photos to his followers documenting his transformation in aid of Spurs' festive bash, per Simon Rice of the Metro.
He asked fans to guess which character he was going to attend the party as:

And while most of us would have to settle for hiring a dodgy costume off the internet, Kane looked to have enlisted a full makeup department to get his look just right.
The England star had his hair plastered for the full effect:
Fifth-placed Spurs' win against Burnley at White Hart Lane saw them close the gap on Arsenal to a single point.
Despite Kane failing to make the scoresheet for the second successive Premier League match, goals from Dele Alli and Danny Rose proved enough to see off the visitors.
