Wrigleyville Bars Charging Hundreds of Dollars for Fans to Watch Game 3
Bars and restaurants near Wrigley Field are cashing in on the World Series.
The Chicago Cubs host the Cleveland Indians for Game 3 on Friday night. ESPN's Darren tweeted out a picture of one bar called "Sluggers" that's charging $100 at the door and only allowing 400 fans inside, starting at 10 a.m. CT.
This isn't uncommon, according to Louisa Chu and Adam of the Chicago Tribune. A reserved table and food will run you $1,250 at HVAC Pub. At a handful of others, reserving a spot is $500.
