• The No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes suffered a crucial loss and potentially devastating blow to their playoff hopes at the hands of the Penn State Nittany Lions. Penn State blocked a field goal and returned it for a touchdown with 4:27 left in the fourth quarter and went on to win 24-21.

Lamar Jackson's Heisman Campaign Continues Against NC State

• Louisville Cardinals quarterback Lamar Jackson added more fuel to his Heisman fire on Saturday. In a 54-13 victory over the NC State Wolfpack, Jackson was 20-of-34 for 355 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran for 76 yards and another touchdown.

6 Minnesota Golden Gophers Miss Saturday's Game Due to Restraining Order

• According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune (via ESPN.com), Minnesota defensive backs KiAnte Hardin, Ray Buford, Kiondre Thomas, Dior Johnson, running back Carlton Djam and defensive lineman Tamarion Johnson missed Saturday's game against Rutgers due to a restraining order filed by a woman involved in game-day operations at the team's stadium.
