Fan Drools Beer over Himself Behind ESPN's Broadcast Crew During Celtics Game

Not everyone can responsibly handle a TV appearance.

On Wednesday night, the Boston Celtics lost an ESPN-televised preseason contest to the New York Knicks. Without much intrigue in the 25-point defeat, one fan sitting behind broadcasters Hubie Brown and Dave Pasch amused himself.

He decided to waste some of his likely expensive beer, drooling all over a perfectly nice shirt—all so he could get noticed on TV for eight seconds.

Wait! It worked? And now this is giving him more notoriety? Despite his foolishness, he deserves some semblance of credit for committing to the bit and watching the second half in a damp, stained shirt.
