ALCS Game 5 Hero Ryan Merritt's Wedding Registry Allegedly Found Online

Grateful Cleveland Indians fans who are looking to thank starting pitcher Ryan Merritt for his performance in Game 5 of the American League Championship Series may want to consider buying him a wedding present.

Per Jonah Keri of CBS Sports and Sporting News, a wedding registry reportedly belonging to Merritt and his fiancee is posted on TheKnot.com. Among the items on the registry are a Brita water pitcher, an iron, a three-piece cookie sheet set and a measuring cup.

Merritt, who made only the second start of his major league career on Wednesday afternoon, pitched 4.1 scoreless innings, and the Indians won 3-0 to advance to the World Series. According to Spotrac, Merritt earned roughly $88,736 in adjusted salary for his efforts in 2016.
