Manchester City Transfer News: Moise Kean Update, Latest Rumours on Enes Unal

Juventus have promoted Manchester City and Arsenal transfer target Moise Kean to the senior team as they continue to work on a long-term deal for the teenager. Meanwhile, Besiktas are said to be eyeing a move for young striker Enes Unal.

As reported by TalkSport, Arsenal and City are keeping a close eye on Kean's situation, as the 16-year-old is yet to sign a professional deal with Juventus. Negotiations between the Bianconeri and agent Mino Raiola have dragged on, but the two parties seem to be closing in on a deal.

Corriere dello Sport (h/t Alex Harris of the Daily Star) previously said Kean is ready to put pen to paper, and the Old Lady have responded by adding the prolific striker to the squad for Saturday's contest with Udinese, per the team's official Twitter account:

Frequently compared to compatriot Mario Balotelli, Kean has been Juventus' top youth prospect for some time now. The powerful forward has an impressive scoring record as a member of the team's academy, despite constantly playing against higher age groups.

Per Goal's Mark Doyle, he scored 24 goals in 25 matches last season, and this year, he has bagged five in five matches for the Primavera. His strong form has alerted clubs all over the continent and has made contract negotiations much more difficult.

Raiola wants Kean to leave the club on loan, preferably to the Netherlands or Belgium, according to Doyle.

Elsewhere, Takvim (h/t Goal) reported Besiktas want to bring Unal back to Turkey, as the 19-year-old striker has yet to make much of an impact since moving to the Etihad Stadium.

Unal has impressed on loan with Genk and NAC Breda, and he's scoring at a solid rate for FC Twente in the Dutch Eredivisie. With nine goals already, it's easy to see why Besiktas are interested in the striker.

Unal is a fine prospect, but with Sergio Aguero entrenched as the starting striker and youngsters like Kelechi Iheanacho and the incoming Gabriel Jesus expected to play major roles for the team moving forward, the Citizens might not have room in the squad for yet another project.
