Peyton and Eli Manning Play Knockout on Duke's Basketball Court

Peyton and Eli Manning transferred their sibling rivalry to Duke University's Cameron Indoor Stadium for a friendly game of knockout.

Knowing the two quarterbacks, it's no surprise to see the contest quickly intensified.

Both competitors turned to shady tactics to gain the upper hand. Eli employed the underhanded trick of knocking Peyton's basketball away. The big brother responded by playing defense, which Eli correctly tells him he's not allowed to do.

"You're not?" Peyton playfully asked after both brothers retreated to the back of the line. "Then that's a good new rule."

It's all worth it to hear Eli gleefully giggle the entire time like Ron Swanson after tossing the pigskin with Andy Dwyer. Good thing Peyton cleared his Tuesday schedule for some sibling bonding.
