Eagles Rookie Carson Wentz's 1st Career Interception Seals 1st Career Loss

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz picked a bad time to throw his first career interception.

With his Eagles trailing the Detroit Lions by one point with less than 90 seconds to play in Week 5, the rookie attempted to put his team in position to win the game by taking a shot down the field to Nelson Agholor. However, the intended receiver was unable to make the catch, and Detroit's Darius Slay came up with a game-sealing interception.

Just like that, Wentz recorded his first career interception and first career loss.

Wentz finished the day 25-of-33 with 238 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
