
Michael Jordan Will Present Russell Westbrook into Oklahoma Hall of Fame
NBA legend Michael Jordan will present Russell Westbrook into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame on Nov. 17.
Last year, Westbrook did the honor of presenting Kevin Durant, who was half right when he said, "Hopefully we'll be here next year for Russell Westbrook's induction." The Golden State Warriors addition won't make the trip from California.
Instead, the six-time champion and Charlotte Hornets owner will usher in Westbrook, who represents the Jordan brand. According to the Oklahoman's Darnell Mayberry, the inductee expressed his gratitude in a statement:

"It's definitely a huge honor in itself for M.J. to come down to Oklahoma and take part in the Oklahoma Hall of Fame festivities. It really means a lot to me that he's going to be there, and it's something that I definitely don't take for granted.

If the 27-year-old can sustain his frenetic style of play for another decade, he'll one day need someone to present him into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
