Who says the I formation is going out of style?

During Saturday's game against Wisconsin, Michigan trotted out an extreme version of the alignment by assembling all 11 players in a straight line. Before viewers could figure out what elaborate play head coach Jim Harbaugh had up his sleeve, the Wolverines shifted into a more ordinary configuration. ย  ย ย 

They ran a basic handoff up the middle, which gained a first down. It was effective but not nearly as much fun. ย  ย  ย
