New York Mets Rookies Dress in 'A League of Their Own' Uniforms
The New York Mets can clinch a spot in the National League Wild Card Game by beating the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday afternoon. In order to stay sharp, the veterans sent the rookies on a morning coffee run.
Perhaps they were hoping to inspire the newcomers, who set out in garb honoring A League of Their Own.
