Asdrubal Cabrera Wins Game with Walk-Off Home Run, Delivers Epic Bat Flip

The Mets trailed the Philadelphia Phillies 6-4 in the bottom of the ninth inning at Citi Field when third baseman Jose Reyes belted a two-run home run to send the game into extras.

All joy felt by New York fans after that moment vanished in the top of the 11th, though, as the Phillies grabbed an 8-6 lead.
But with two on in the bottom of the frame, shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera sent a delivery from Philadelphia's Edubray Ramos over the right field wall for the walk-off win.
Cabrera's hit was glorious on its own. His celebratory bat flip that occurred immediately after the ball left his bat may have been even better.
Remember that this happened one night after Ender Inciarte of the Atlanta Braves robbed Yoenis Cespedes of what would have been a game-winning homer for the Mets.
New York is now 0.5 games ahead of the both the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals in the National League wild-card standings.
