Clemson Scores TD After SC State Kick Returner Tosses Live Ball to Referee

South Carolina State isn't going to upset the Clemson Tigers by tossing live footballs around in the end zone.

On a first-quarter kickoff, the Bulldogs' Ahmaad Harris threw the football to an official. One problem: He never gave himself up for a touchback.

He started the process of kneeling but never went down. With the ball up for grabs, Clemson recovered for an easy touchdown. 

The No. 5 Tigers didn't need such help. They scored 10 more points before the end of the quarter and were clobbering the Bulldogs 31-0.
