Andrew GouldAug 27, 2016
Legendary Los Angeles Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully will retire after this season—his 67th in the booth. The team paid tribute to the legend by honoring him in a team photo.

No other commentator can captivate the audience as well as the gifted narrator, who voices Dodgers games alone. Nobody seems to notice the one-man booth when Scully's telling a story about Madison Bumgarner's snake encounter or the history of beards in baseball.
If only the Dodgers could also find a way to replicate his voice.
